The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing one gender include all genders.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a 6coin Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

6coin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any User at any time. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process prior to the first withdrawal being processed. Where 6coin has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended and all activity frozen pending completion of age verification. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits returned, minus any withdrawals already made.

Section 3
Account Registration & Security
Each individual User may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on the 6coin Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent limits or bonuses, or inadvertently — is a breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 6coin will close all but one account and may confiscate any bonus funds associated with the duplicate.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
Login Credential Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 6coin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately safeguard your credentials.
Two-Factor Authentication
6coin offers SMS OTP two-factor authentication for all accounts. While enabling 2FA is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. 6coin accepts no liability for account compromise on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated.
One Account Per Household
6coin's one-account policy extends to shared households. If multiple individuals within the same household wish to use 6coin, each must register separately and notify customer support. Shared device usage may trigger security reviews.
Account Transfers Prohibited
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your 6coin Account, credentials, or balance to any other person under any circumstances.
Suspicious Activity Reporting
If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach, you must notify 6coin immediately at [email protected]. Failure to report known breaches in a timely manner may affect your eligibility for compensation.
6coin maintains a full login activity log accessible within your account settings. Transactions conducted through unapproved channels will not be credited and cannot be refunded.
Deposit Rules

Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or participating in any game on the 6coin Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the specific rules governing that product. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products available on 6coin.
- All bets are final once confirmed. 6coin does not accept requests to void, amend, or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error.
- In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, 6coin's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
- 6coin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to human or technical fault. Where possible, notice of such voids will be communicated to affected users via email.
- Use of automated betting systems, bots, scrapers, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Arbitrage betting strategies intended to guarantee profit across multiple platforms may, at 6coin's discretion, result in bet voiding, stake restrictions, or account closure.
- All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international series — are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant event page.
- Live in-play betting on cricket and other sports is subject to a brief delay between real-world events and market updates. 6coin is not responsible for bets placed on information obtained from sources faster than its official live feed.

Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spin winnings not wagered through the required number of times before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically without notice or compensation.
One Bonus Per User
Each promotional offer is available to one account per User, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple instances of the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account suspension.
Seasonal Promotions
6coin's seasonal promotions — including Eid reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spins, Victory Day enhanced odds, and BPL tournament campaigns — are subject to the same general bonus conditions. Promotional periods are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
6coin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a User has already opted in and begun to satisfy the relevant wagering requirements. In such cases, the terms applicable at the point of opt-in shall continue to apply to that User's existing bonus balance until it expires or is wagered through.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering through bonus funds, once all applicable wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal as real-money balance. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
6coin may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User's account at any time and without prior notice if 6coin reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
- The User is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false information about their age.
- The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The User has registered duplicate accounts in contravention of the one-account policy.
- 6coin suspects the account is being used to launder money, facilitate fraud, or conduct any other illegal activity.
- The User has abused a promotional offer or attempted to exploit a technical error for financial gain.
- The User is found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
- The User has threatened, abused, or harassed any 6coin staff member or customer support representative.
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the User and accepted by 6coin.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure where wagering requirements have not been met.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the User's account will be locked from all gaming activity, deposits, and promotional communications. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6coin's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6coin does not accept liability for any of the following, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or 6coin had been advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
- Platform downtime, service interruption, or technical failures beyond 6coin's reasonable control, including during BPL finals or other peak-traffic events.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature.
- The outcome of any bet or game, which is determined by chance or the rules of the relevant sport or game.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 6coin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
